We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our innovative team in Albuquerque, NM. This is a fully remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact projects.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making. You will own our data pipeline, uncover actionable insights, and empower our stakeholders with clear, visual narratives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate data findings into actionable business strategies.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist, preferably in a remote environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
