Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Automate reporting processes and maintain data governance frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
