Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Processing: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns that inform strategic decision-making.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
- Process Optimization: Identify areas for operational improvement by analyzing current workflows and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce data governance policies to maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SQL for database querying and Python or R for scripting and analysis.
- Visualization Tools: Proven experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management and self-discipline.
