Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and business opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Dallas and Florida to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Create compelling data narratives to influence strategic decision-making
- A/B test hypotheses and measure impact of business initiatives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data visualizations
