Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product performance.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations) to define key metrics and reporting requirements.
- Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce data entry errors.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to recommend strategic business improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
