Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to solve complex business problems
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to uncover trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Present findings to leadership with clear, compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
