Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Analyze complex, multi-dimensional datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Visualize Data: Design and develop compelling dashboards and interactive reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with product and marketing teams to define key metrics and KPIs, presenting data-driven recommendations in clear, concise presentations.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Perform rigorous data quality checks, cleaning, and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability across all reporting systems.
- Optimize Processes: Streamline data pipelines and ETL processes to improve query performance and reporting speed.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to forecast market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and the capacity to translate technical insights into business value.
