We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our innovative team in Memphis, TN. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence needs.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Optimize SQL queries and ETL processes for maximum performance.
Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on remote or distributed work environments.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
