Responsibilities
- Conduct In-Depth Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Develop Dashboards & Reports: Create intuitive visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Support Decision-Making: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data cleaning and normalization to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to define data requirements and support data-driven projects.
- Automate Reporting: Develop scripts and automated processes to reduce manual reporting efforts and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling reports for non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with a stable remote internet connection.
