Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time business intelligence
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-informed strategies
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
- mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data tools
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
