Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data analysis and reporting solutions.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and data mining to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities for optimization.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and written reports.
- Partner with engineering and product teams to improve data quality and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience writing complex queries.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
