Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data pipelines.
- Present complex data findings to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance data governance and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying databases and complex data manipulation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
