Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Design and develop intuitive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across New York and Virginia to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform SQL queries and data mining to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
- Automate data pipelines and processes to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
