- Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy across all reporting systems
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations and visual storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
