Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data warehousing and business intelligence reporting.
- Design and build interactive, self-service dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis and data modeling to identify patterns, predict market trends, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and reporting platforms.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with database design.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, cleaning, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Phoenix, AZ, with full support from the company.
