Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Develop automated reporting systems to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
