Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, build data models, and ensure data integrity.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
