Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present data to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all databases and reporting systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate campaign performance and product features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
