Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to support data retrieval.
- Design and create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide actionable insights and forecast performance.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
- Perform statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses and drive strategic initiatives.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
