Responsibilities
- Transform raw, unstructured data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to identify data gaps and define analytical requirements.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic initiatives.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and data models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for data extraction and querying.
- Strong expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
