Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end data analysis process, from requirement gathering to final reporting.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time business intelligence.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets from various sources.
- Develop predictive models and perform statistical analysis to forecast trends and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to identify data gaps and implement data governance standards.
- Communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling visual presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that directly impact business growth.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
