Responsibilities
- Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and translate them into analytical frameworks.
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, build, and maintain complex database schemas and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Visual Storytelling: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI that provide real-time insights to leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis on historical data to forecast trends, identify risks, and recommend strategic initiatives.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, documentation, and security across the organization.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using logical reasoning and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
