Responsibilities
- Perform Deep Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Develop Dashboards: Create interactive visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and ensure data integrity across our systems.
- Report Generation: Produce accurate, timely, and actionable reports for stakeholders, including management and operational teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and solution architectures.
- Night Shift Operations: Manage data processing and reporting tasks during the night shift to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
