As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity, generating critical reports, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders during off-peak hours. This position is perfect for candidates who are self-motivated, possess exceptional technical skills, and can work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Night Shift Operations: Monitor and analyze data streams during off-peak hours to ensure real-time reporting and issue resolution for US-based teams.
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large volumes of data from various sources to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Performance Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and visualizations (Tableau/Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data, optimize database performance, and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders in Tucson, AZ, and Florida to define data requirements and report on project progress.
- Automated Insights: Build automated scripts to reduce manual reporting efforts and increase operational efficiency during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with experience working in night shift environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Remote Work: Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
- Time Zone Flexibility: Ability to align work hours with the business needs of our clients in the specified US regions.
