Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Data Sets: Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, opportunities, and business risks.
- Create Visualizations: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings effectively.
- Night Shift Reporting: Manage the nightly reporting cycle, ensuring all data integrity checks are passed before the morning handover.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform regression analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data collection processes and recommend automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and data visualization software (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Night Shift Availability: Ability to work rotating night shifts or remote hours as required.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot anomalies and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
