Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Conduct statistical analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Monitor data quality metrics and troubleshoot data-related issues in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas as part of our relocation assistance program.
