Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI for executive reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Document data models and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, specifically within a night shift setting.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (JOINs, Window Functions, Stored Procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
