Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate nightly data pipelines to ensure 99.9% accuracy and availability.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Execute advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to clean, transform, and load large datasets.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and outliers in data streams to optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to define data requirements.
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for executive leadership.
- Ensure data security and compliance standards are met during off-hour operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational or finance environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong command of data visualization tools, including Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proven track record of working in night shift schedules or rotating shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
