Responsibilities
- Perform Data Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
- Data Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to support business forecasting and strategic planning.
- Collaboration: Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity and optimize reporting processes.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical findings.
- Night Shift Support: Provide critical analysis during off-hours to ensure 24/7 business continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
