Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including engineering and product) to define data requirements and improve data quality.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate data extraction processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Expert knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to work effectively during Night Shift hours with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
