Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale nightly data batches to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities for key clients.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and reporting processes.
- Create intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize night-shift performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure 100% data integrity before morning reporting.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly analytical reports for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a tech or financial services environment.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Must be available and willing to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
