Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large, complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and comprehensive reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and optimize database structures for efficient reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and recommend data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Present findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
