Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data pipelines to support ETL processes.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and customer behavior.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data governance standards.
- Identify data quality issues and implement robust cleaning and validation processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data science, machine learning, and analytics tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Proven track record of translating raw data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
