Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and transform data from various sources.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear, written reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
