Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support business forecasting and risk assessment.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy of data delivery.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security compliance across all systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment or in-office hybrid setup.
