The Role:
As a Data Analyst, you will own the data pipeline from collection to visualization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, generate reports, and drive strategic initiatives that impact the bottom line.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and trends.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data infrastructure.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction through data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Expertise in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
