Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines for large-scale datasets
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership with clear visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through quality assurance protocols
- Lead A/B testing initiatives for product optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills with complex formula mastery
- Tableau/Power BI certification or equivalent experience
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
