Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Document incidents and resolutions in ITSM systems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
- Complete certification training modules (CompTIA A+, Network+)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends
