Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to identify defects in software applications
- Document test cases, results, and bugs using industry-standard tools like JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Perform regression testing on new and existing features to maintain system integrity
- Analyze test data to identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software QA testing
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and defect lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- ISTQB Foundation Certification preferred
