Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Mining: Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and regression analyses to forecast market trends and user behavior.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to define success metrics and present data-driven recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify process gaps and implement automated solutions to improve data efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain data governance protocols to ensure compliance and data security.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level experience with Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and persuasive narratives for non-technical audiences.
