Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large sets of raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies within business data.
- Reporting & Communication: Generate comprehensive reports and executive summaries, presenting complex findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying & Joins) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel Mastery: Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
