Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create intuitive user interfaces and design systems for web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Conduct user research sessions to identify pain points and uncover actionable insights
- Develop design documentation and style guides to maintain consistency across products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies and usability testing
- Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
