Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and clean data from multiple sources.
- Design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Engineering) to define KPIs and success metrics.
- Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, actionable format.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
