Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to drive business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Raleigh and Virginia to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the data.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team productivity and data accuracy.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Python or R for data scripting and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, NC (Relocation assistance provided).
