Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Collect, process, and clean large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns within business data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports using BI tools to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data processes and propose automated solutions to streamline workflows.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to assist in revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise business insights for non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery).
