Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and translate business requirements into data models.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities for process automation to improve data reporting efficiency.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present complex data to diverse teams.
