Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and modeling to support key business initiatives and strategic planning.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data requirements and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by cleaning and transforming raw datasets from various sources.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, compelling, and non-technical manner.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing, optimization, and stored procedures).
- Expert level knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience creating visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
