Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases across web/mobile applications
- Document bugs and track resolutions in JIRA with clear, actionable reports
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes
- Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives
- Conduct regression testing and performance validation
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scenarios
- Maintain test environment integrity and documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years of QA/testing experience or relevant internship
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
- Strong written communication skills for documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
