Role Overview:
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as the bridge between raw data and strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, uncovering trends, and presenting findings that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (stakeholders, project managers, engineers) to identify data requirements and business problems.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership, translating technical findings into business value.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) for data querying and manipulation.
- Expert level skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
