What You Will Do
Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and validation of large datasets to ensure data integrity.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and data mining to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, and complex reporting models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver timely reports.
- Create visual data dashboards and presentations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify and document data anomalies and suggest improvements to data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) is required.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
